A full floor replacement across the main living area: old carpet and worn parquet pulled up and hauled away, the subfloor prepped and levelled, then engineered hardwood laid plank by plank with fresh trim. The room went from dated and patchy to bright, seamless and easy to clean.

Before & AfterWeathered exterior wall repainted
A long stucco boundary wall that had gone grey with mildew, stains and climbing vines. Yurii cleaned it down, cut back the growth, prepped the surface and rolled on a fresh coat — restoring a crisp white finish along the whole waterfront line.

A new paver patio off the back of the house: the area was excavated and a compacted base laid, then pavers set level, cut to fit and edged cleanly against the lawn — turning unused yard into a usable outdoor sitting area.

Flat-pack delivered, room ready the same visit. Bed frames built and squared up, a large sectional sofa assembled and positioned, and cube storage put together — packaging cleared out and everything left solid, level and ready to use.

Laundry appliances installed and hooked up properly: water lines connected and leak-checked, the dryer vent run correctly, units levelled and tested — including replacing worn supply hoses so the connection is safe long-term.
